Deep Fried Pizza? Pizza Snobz, opens in Forks Township

Seeking a way to create a different kind of pizzeria, David Barker and Louis Perry found their answer in the deep fryer.

The co-owners of Pizza Snobz began experimenting a few months ago with deep frying the products of a pizzeria -- pizza slices, calzones, cheesesteaks. They didn't find success overnight, but this week, in their new home at 308 Old Mill Road in Old Mill Plaza, they were getting orders not only for the three items but for deep-fried Oreos, Twinkies, pound cake and just about anything else.
